I would like to build you a structure out of natural and environmentally friendly materials.

Freestanding garden walls make excellent fences! Would a children’s play house make the perfect addition to your land? Maybe a better place for wood storage … what are your property needs? Is it a tool shed, a workshop? a library, a music room? a fairy tale cottage hidden in the woods? A building permit may not be required for outbuildings with floorspace of 200 sq. ft. or less.*(1)

I am also looking for opportunities to build super efficient rocket mass heaters and wood fired ovens. Imagine wood fired pizza and bread made right in your yard. The possibilities are endless!!

The materials that I work with are dirt cheap, and I will pass the savings on to you. As much as possible I build with materials such as Cob, Balecob, Cordwood, etc. gathered as close to the site as possible so as to have as smallest impact as necessary.

I believe, and always have believed, that the barter system is the cure to alot of our current, past, and future economic woes. There’s a good chance that what I can offer you may cost you nothing in cash terms. Let’s work together to create legal, healthy, natural structures that supports your family’s needs. We would love to discuss trading services for organic vegetables, rent, tools, etc. What do you have to offer? If all you have is cash, I guess we could discuss that too.
